We are experts in treating sports injuries.
br>
Louis Jones has spent most of his childhood and adult life competing in many different sports, and it was his experiences of suffering with many different types of injury that led to his curiosity in becoming a physiotherapist. Not only has suffering with injuries given Louis a better understanding of how to treat injuries, but as a fellow sportsman, his ability to empathise with other injured sports people really boosts the level of service he is able to provide. There will of course be times when he will ask you to rest as part of your recovery, but on the whole Louis' ethos is in active recovery and exercise as a medicinal tool.

We are very much interested in the unique demands that different sports have on our bodies. We are experienced in assessing functional movement patterns for each sport, helping you to address any abnormal movement patterns or restrictions. We will then be able to identify exercises that will allow you to perform more efficiency and without the risk of further injury.
